Sometimes we become attached to our outcome. We think it’s the outcome that we want. The attachment causes stress, it causes longing, it causes desire and creates a tension between where you are now and where you want to be.
One of the biggest things I’ve learnt in my years is detaching from the outcome.
John Grinder once said ‘An Outcome is a conscious mind construct set by the unconscious to obscure the real goal’ (or something like that!)

Anxiety afflicts many people and comes in different shapes or forms. It’s one of the bggiest blights to performance, happiness and health. There are many anxiety programmes on the market, many anxiety books and many coaches willing to help people with anxiety.

Anxiety isn’t just about the feelings, but about the relationship between the feelings and the way you percieve your life and existence of your life. Changing the feelings to anxiety is what most people try and do, yet the feelings will change by addressing the things you can or cannot control. That is, change something else that drives the feelings and the feelings will change.
To change the way you feel ( your anxiety), change your perception of what you can or cannot control.

Having had a month off from twitter, facebook, emails, videos, websites and work in general! It’s been a great time to re-fresh, pause and think what’s next.
Having delivered quite a few videos in a short space of time I think it’s always time for a pause and re-think about the next steps and that’s what I’ll be focusing on very soon – where this site is headed and what’s in it for you.
